We offer a range of fire risk assessment and safety services tailored to your business needs, ensuring you receive comprehensive protection and value. Our prices are set for North East and London please contact us for an out of area quote.

Booking and payment information
Understand our booking process, deposit requirements, and cancellation policies to ensure a smooth experience with Ember Guard Safety. We aim for clarity and fairness in every interaction.
Deposits and payment
A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. Full payment for the fire risk assessment is required before the final report is released. All prices are currently VAT free as Ember Guard Safety is not VAT registered.
Cancellations and rescheduling
- Client cancellation: The 25% deposit is non-refundable.
- Client rescheduling: Provided 48 hours notice is given, there is no charge for rescheduling.
- Client no-show: If the client fails to show on the day of the appointment, the deposit is non-refundable. Additionally, the client accepts responsibility for any travel and parking costs incurred by Ember Guard Safety. If the client then reschedules, these travel and parking costs will be added to the final total for the rescheduled appointment, but no additional deposit charges will apply.
Requesting a quote or booking
To ensure we provide the most accurate service and pricing, a form must be pre-filled for all quotes and bookings. This allows us to gather necessary details about your premises and requirements.
